Optimize the structure of the valve industry, the trend of the market place

2021-01-26 13:36

Due to the policy of the government to revitalize the equipment manufacturing industry, the strong market demand, the industry investment capacity enhancement and other factors, China's valve output has been growing. Valves are low profit margin products, the market competition is very fierce. At present, China's valve industry is a labor-intensive industry, China's valve industry is still based on the expansion of volume. Although there are more and more valves produced in China in the international valve market, the power of the international valve market is not in the hands of Chinese enterprises.

According to data, in the first quarter of 2012, the output of valves in China reached 1.395 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 19.59%. In the first half of 2012, the national output of valves reached 3.3027 million tons, with a year-on-year increase of 15.45%. In June, China produced 641,900 tons of valves, up 7.42% year on year.

According to Luo Baihui, secretary general of International Mold and Hardware Plastic Industry Suppliers Association, there are more than 2000 valve enterprises with a certain scale on the market, most of which are distributed in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and the Central Plains. Because the product technical content requirement is relatively low, therefore, the competition is more intense. The lack of professional talents has become the bottleneck restricting the further development of China's valve industry. To solve this problem, it is necessary to strengthen the short-term training for the existing employees of the enterprise to improve the existing human resources situation. At the same time, through various ways to introduce high-quality talents in the industry, to enhance the intellectual capital factors of China's valve industry.

Luo Baihui pointed out that if China's valve industry wants to have long-term development, it must adjust and optimize the industrial structure, not only to continue to give full play to the advantages of the traditional valve industry, but also to vigorously develop knowledge, technology-intensive industries and emerging industries, in order to promote the upgrading of the valve industry. Only in this way can we shorten the gap between China's valve industry and developed countries as soon as possible.
